The choice of flowers can range from going by personal preferences and what means something to the Couple eg. theme, cultural traditions, or simply keep it minimal by going by the nature of the venue and its grandure or clean simplicity (if it's a modern hotel or landmark venue). Alternative factors to consider include whether the Caterers provide flowers with their decor (eg. Centre pieces, linen, chair covers, stage).
TIP: You can often bring alive a room or headtable through the vibrancy of flowers which you can often do yourself by getting flowers from local florists without specification it's for a wedding, you can use own inspiration to put together.
